For the purpose of this document: "Platform" refers to the AquaMonitors website, application, and related services. "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the platform. "Data" refers to any information submitted by the user, including personal, account, device, or aquarium data.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you comply with all applicable laws in Saudi Arabia. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Users must provide accurate and complete account information. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, refrain from attempting to hack, disable, or disrupt the service, and avoid any misuse of data or features.

We collect only the necessary data to provide our services. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

The platform may collect sensor data such as pH, TDS, temperature, water level, flow rates, and status logs. You grant permission for us to use this data to improve system accuracy, analytics, smart recommendations, and platform performance.

All platform designs, source code, algorithms, and content are protected under Saudi copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

If paid services or subscriptions are offered, fees may change with prior notice. Refunds are not issued after service activation except as required by Saudi law.

We strive to provide a stable and secure service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, external hardware failures, inaccurate sensor readings, or issues beyond our control.

Users must ensure proper installation of AquaMonitors hardware, follow instructions, and avoid neglect. We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect setup or misuse.

Users may upload images, notes, and tank data. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is lawful and does not violate any rights.

You agree to receive account alerts, safety notifications, and essential system messages. Marketing messages may be disabled from settings.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated version.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

We are not liable for data loss, hardware damage, inaccurate sensor readings, network failures, or misuse of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
